Event Description

JAMBO Gala will raise funds to build three or more bridges per year in rural Kenya (and beyond) and to assist with general operating costs of Bridging the Gap Africa. Bridges are a lifeline in a walking world and allow communities to cross dangerous rivers, safely getting to schools, clinics and to market.

Bridging the Gap Africa (BTGA) founder, Harmon Parker, was honored as a Top 10 CNN Hero in 2010 for his work of the past 25 years, building bridges and saving lives throughout Kenya. He has committed his life to serving these rural communities where he is affectionately known as Baba Joshua.

Join us in supporting Harmon Parker and Bridging the Gap Africa with their humanitarian work.
